WHAT IS THIS?
here you get an expanding scan library of 3D models with hq textures based around roads and paths. for now, there are 41 assets in 7 categories:
- countryroads
- city sidewalks
- park walkways
- cobblestone roads
- asphalt roads
- forest roads
- environment assets
except the environment assets, all models are available in lowpoly and as raw photogrammetry scan and can be used to create an realistic environment with detailed shots. including an 3 part modular cobblestone street with a connection you can mix and rotate and tileable lowpoly walls.

HIGH DETAILED TEXTURES
all scans come with very detailed textures. when the average is a 16K resolution (32K since V1.2) , you could pick various models with up to six 8K textures for insane details. lowpoly models are coming with 12-16K textures.
LOWPOLY VERSIONS all scans are available as lowpoly models with diffuse and normal texture to increase performance and game usage.
WHY SHOULD I BUY THIS? if you are an 3D artist with focus on realism, scans are the best way to achieve this. but most scanned ground textures are clean and often come in an tileabe 2x2meter version. with the real life assets pack you get things as they are: dirty, overgrown, patched and maybe with a cigarette here and there. all this with the benefit of having a long street or path without repetitive pattern makes this pack the ultimate little helper to create your environment.
